It is common knowledge that psychological factors including informal relationships between the employees themselves exert the essential effect or influence on the people. Organization of the corporate holidays, conduction of meetings and other actions – this is the shortest way to unite the collective in confidence and friendly atmosphere and climate. That’s why, in OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” the important significance is devoted to creation of special atmosphere of cooperation at the production and business, formation of “company spirit” and usage of authority of informal leaders.
In Institute the purposeful work is carried out on perfection of not only formal, but informal communications, as well – personal meetings are held with the Management, different corporate activities are conducted for the employees of the Institute: New Year, Day of Motherland Defender, International Women Day the 8th of March, Victory Day, Day of the Workers of Oil and Gas Industry. Besides the holidays, in Institute there are the celebrations of the employees’ jubilees, honoured workers seeing-off on a pension, meetings with the veterans.
Such measures and activities in many respects help to arrange the relations between the employees, their acquaintance with each other, and with the Management, as well, motivate for the joint cooperation of the employees with each other for the solution of the professional tasks.
