Youth Policy in system of OJSC “AK “Transneft” is one of the most priority directions of activity. Work with youth at OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” includes the activity on scientific and technical, production and professional and career-guidance directions.
In OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” it is planned to train the young specialists, adapt them, to conduct seminars, conferences and probations.
There is a lot of young and talented youth working in the Institute. The main task – is to find and recognize the most capable young employers, to try the best to help them to find worthy use of their forces and talents, to create the conditions for them for advancement, career growth and possibility to raise their professional level. Besides, there is economically valid, balanced social and moneyed assistance.
Annually in the Institute there are scientific and technical conferences of the youth, in which about 80 per cents of young specialists took part, and winners and participants are determined during the competitions which are carried out by OJSC “AK “Transneft”. Thus, all the conditions for the creative approach to work and self-actualization of youth are being created in the Institute.
Council of the young specialists is acting in the Institute, among its functions there are participation in scientific and technical conferences, joint participation in various projects, corporate rest, conducting of cultural and mass popular and sport measures, tournaments and competitions.
Management of the Institute does everything possible in order the youth coming to work into OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” can imagine clearly what real perspectives are waiting for them in the nearest future and can realize their talents, apply fully their capabilities and to take up worthy place in the system of pipeline transportation.
