History

On November 14th, 2008 Board of Directors of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” reached a decision on creation of the Affiliate OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” – “Omskgiprotruboprovod” at the address: 644033, Omsk, Krasny Put’ street, 111/1 bld., approved the Regulation on the Affiliate OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” – “Omskgiprotruboprovod”, produced additions into the Charter of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” concerning the formation of the Affiliate (Minutes of the Meeting # 6 of Board of Directors Meeting dated November 14th, 2008).

According to the Certificate on entry of records into Uniform Public Register of juridical persons, series 77 # 010419461 dated November 20th, 2008 a notation was made on the addition to the Charter of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” with the information about the Affiliate OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” – “Omskgiprotruboprovod”.

Thus, November 20th, 2008 is considered a “birthday” of the Affiliate.

The Affiliate was registered to the tax registration into the Inspection of the Federal Tax Service at the Sovetskiy Administrative District of Omsk town (Notification dated December 05th, 2008 # 2422515).
