History
History of Trade Union Organization of the employees of the Institute is inseparably linked with the history, basic milestones of the development of the State Institute for design of trunk pipelines.
The leaders of the Trade Union Organization in due time were:
- since 1939 till 1945 – Lipanova Zinaida Sergeevna
- since 1945 till 1956 – Markov Vladimir Georgievich
- since 1956 till 1958 – Dudko Zinaida Nikolayevna
- since 1958 till 1988 – Romaikin Mikhail Vasilievich
- since 1988 till 1990 – Raev Vasiliy Petrovich
- since 1990 till 1995 – Bystrov Yuri Ivanovich
- since 1995 till 2001 – Plakhina Nina Ivanovna
In 2001 Bondarenko Nikolay Nikolayevich was elected to hold a post of a chairman of Trade Union Committee. From his elections the new stage of the development of Trade Union Organization began. Decision on the state registration of the Trade Union Organization as a juridical entity with the opening of its own settlement account was accepted unanimously at the extraordinary meeting of the Institute collective. Trade Union Organization of the employees of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” was registered on February 8
th, 2002 (Certificate on registration of the public union # 14838 was given by Central administrative board of the Ministry of Justice of Russian Federation in Moscow city).
Place of organization in structure of branch trade union
Trade Union Organization of the employees of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” is a primary Trade Union Organization of Territorial Organization of Trade Union – Moscow Federation of Trade Union of the employees of oil and gas branches of industry and construction, which belongs to the branch Trade Union – Neftegasstroiprofsouz of RF (that is:

Directions of activity
Main purpose of the activity of Trade Union Organization is
protection of labour, social – economic and professional interests of trade union members.
The other purposes and tasks:
- Juridical protection of employees – members of trade union;
- Legal enlightenment in the environment of employees - members of trade union;
- Participation in the work on preventive measures of conflict situations in collective, participation in appeared conflict resolution;
- Assistance to create conditions in Institute for the professional rise and raising the level of employees' s skill - members of trade union;
- Creation of conditions for conducting healthy life-style and exercises;
- Creation of conditions for inner mental growth and getting acquainted with the culture of the peoples of Russia and foreign countries by means of organization of excursions for one day or many days, visits to museums and exhibitions;
- Organization of sanatorium-and-spa treatment, rest for the employees of the Institute and members of their families;
- Organization of rest for children of the employees of the Institute at the Russian and foreign children health-improving camps.
Trade Union Organization of the employees of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” was twice awarded with the highest trade union reward “Trade-Union Vanguard” in nomination “Novation” – annual professional trade-union Premium, established by newspaper “Solidarnost” (
www.solidarnost.org) for encouragement of those representatives of Russian trade unions, whose activity contributed significantly into the development of trade-union movement of Russia:
- in 2007 – for systems implementation of individual legal policy
- in 2008 – for development of NEW TRADE-UNION IDEOLOGY
