In November 2002 OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” (further – Institute) has received a certificate of QMS conformance to the requirements of Standard GOST R ISO 9001:1996, and then, in December 2003 – to the requirements of the new edition of GOST R ISO 9001:2001 in the field of the development of the project documentation and fulfillment of the engineering survey for the new construction, reconstruction, technical renewal and capital repair/ overhaul of the objects and facilities of the main pipeline transportation of oil and gas. Nowadays Institute passes successfully the annual external audits, the results of which are confirmation and extension of period of validity of certificate of QMS conformance.

Management of Institute aims to provide the performance of all the requirements of consumers of project and survey production of the Institute with the purpose of maximum fully satisfaction of their expectations.

With that end in view, Management of Institute:

• determines the requirements of consumer for the technical documentation;
• analyses feedback from consumer referring to the conformance of the technical documentation of Institute to the consumer expectations;
• chooses its suppliers and subcontractors on the basis of special selection criteria.
