Panin Alexander Mikhailovich General Director OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”
Panin Alexander Mikhailovich was born on August 3, 1953 in Tula oblast. In 1980 he graduated fr om Leningrad Institute of Water Transport with the qualification “Hydraulic engineering construction of waterways and ports”. He began his labor activity in 1980 at Lenmorniiproekt where he worked till 2009, and took up the posts and passed his labor way from an engineer up to the chief project engineer, Director of project of Bureau of chief project engineers, General Director. In 2009 he moved to LLC “Marine construction and technologies” to the position of Director of design bureau. Panin A.M. has got the honorary title “Honoured worker of transport of Russian Federation”. He was rewarded with Certificate of Honour signed by Governor of St. Petersburg.
Pavlov Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Chief Engineer
Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Pavlov was born on May 24th, 1957. In 1979 he graduated from Ufimskiy Oil Institute and he was given a qualification of an engineer – mechanic. He began his labor activity at Severo-Kazakhstanskoye Regional Management of Uralo-Siberian trunk oil pipelines in 1979, wh ere he passed his labor way from a Repairman for the processing plants up to the Chief Engineer of Regional Management. For more than 30 years he worked at the organizations of Transneft system: OJSC “Uralsibnefteprovod”, LLC “Baltnefteprovod” at the positions of Head of Operation Service, Chief Engineer of Management, Head of Management, Head of Engineering Department, Deputy General Director for Operation, Deputy Chief Engineer for Trunk Oil Pipelines Operation. Since June, 2010 he was designated to the post of Chief Engineer of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”. He has got the Gratuity and the Diploma of Ministry of Energy of RF and the Diploma of OJSC “AK “Transneft”, as well.
