OJSC “AK “Transneft” is a socially responsible company. High social responsibility towards the employees and the society as a whole is one of the most chief priorities in the activity of the company.

Creation of the favourable conditions of labor, their perfection, all-round various support and increase of social protectability of employees are the priority tasks of the social policy of all the subsidiaries in the system of “AK “Transneft”. Realization of social programs in Institute is carried out in accordance with the regulations of Collective Agreement of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”.

In the Collective Agreement there are guarantees and the social benefits in the field of remuneration of labour, regime of working time and time of rest, protection of labour, health and legal assistance; as well as protection of creation of conditions for the development of cultural work among the masses and the sports and health-improving works; protections of social and economic interests of the pensioners.

To provide qualitative and timely medical care for the employees the Management of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” signed a Contract of voluntary medical insurance with “Insurance Company “Transneft”. According to it the Insurer provides the rendering of medical services at the best medical centers. Moreover, all the employees of the Institute are involved in the Contract of voluntary insurance fr om accidents and diseases.

In OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” the special attention is being paid to the development of housing policy. Grants on housing renting are paid to the specialists with high qualification, invited for work at the Institute from the other regions.

Administration and Trade Union Organization of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” pay much attention to the arrangement of rest time of the Institute employees and their children. Excursions of one day and of many days are held, visits to the museums, excursions and theatres are arranged. Annually more than 200 children of the employees have a rest at the health-improving camps of Moscow suburbs and camps situated on the Black Sea coast, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Greece.

In Institute the special attention is paid to sports. The number of the employees, who wish to go in for sport to the fitness-centers, to go to the swimming pool is constantly raised. Own football team is organized at the Institute. Periodically there are the competitions on volley-ball and tennis.

With a view to have a rest and to receive the medical treatment during the vacation each employee is provided with the financial assets to buy a permit pass to a sanatorium or rest home. Additional to the authorized according to the law payments to the women, who are on child rearing leave, are foreseen.

In OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” non-governmental pension fund of OJSC “AK “Transneft” is acting.

In Institute there are the other payments, as well, and social benefits to the employees, which are foreseen by the Collective Agreement of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”.

Institute is awarded by diploma of RF Government for the effective social policy, responsible partner relations with their employees.

  • Medical treatment of the employees according to the Contract of collective voluntary medical insurance signed between OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” and “Insurance Company “Transneft”

  • Training and retraining of personnel. Provision of the possibilities of education and raising the level of employee's skills
  • Moral stimulation and encouragement of the employees for many years’ work, conscientious and fruitful work by jubilee dates of employees, enterprises and by the professional holiday of “Day of the Workers of Oil and Gas Industry”
  • Benefits, guarantees, compensations to the employees, foreseen by the Collective Contract

Program of Social Responsibility

OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” is guided not only by business-objectives, but also by principles of social responsibility, solidarity and partnership, devoting undivided attention to corporate responsibility to society, clients, partners, colleagues and regions, wh ere there is an activity of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”.

Approved by General Director of the Institute Alexander M. Panin “Program of Social Responsibility of OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” shows how the principles of corporate and social responsibility of Company are applied in practice at OJSC “Giprotruboprovod”.
