OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” takes care of its former employees who has the merited rest, and guarantees social and economic support to them. It includes non-governmental provision of pensions, financial help. We continue to keep longstanding traditions of celebration in honour of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, workers of home front, and veterans of labor. In Institute there are regular meetings with retirement pensioners, corporate activities held with the participation of the former honorable employees.

We invite the veterans and the former workers of Institute, whose labor activity is connected with formation and development of pipeline branch, for the meetings with the collective. According to the existing tradition at similar meetings we remember the employees without whose self-denying work the Institute could not be so strong nowadays. Their self-denying work – is an example for those young specialists of the Institute who is working now.

Annually at the active participation of the veterans in OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” there are the celebrations of “Day of Motherland Defenders”, “Day of the Workers of Oil and Gas Industry”, “Day of Greybeards”, there are the ceremonial welcomes with the veterans of war and labor, dated for the holiday of Victory Day. There are the meetings to be organized with the veterans at home, as well.

Work with the veterans in OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” is not only the moneyed assistance and support from the Institute, not only the gifts and product grocery sets. The main thing is a sensation of belonging to the company, formation of the conditions for contacts with the colleagues and friends, good mood, demonstration of care and respect.

In OJSC “Giprotruboprovod” we keep constant relation of generations, we respect and think much those for whom the Institute became the native home. We are waiting for you, dear veterans!
